The Tom Emmer for Governor Campaign announced today a fundraising event headlined by former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney on October 18, 2010.
Governor Mitt Romney served the great state of Massachusetts from 2003 until 2007. As a champion of conservative ideals, Romney has continued to serve Republicans all across the nation in efforts to restore America to a prosperous, strong nation. Both Governor Romney and Tom Emmer share a positive vision for the future of Minnesota, a vision that creates jobs, lowers taxes and restores education so that future generations inherit a prosperous Minnesota.
This announcement comes a day after former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich headlined a successful fundraising event to assist Tom Emmer’s efforts in running against a wealthy self-financed DFL opponent.
