“While it’s nice to be ahead in any poll, with six months to go before the election, the most important takeaway from these numbers is the high number of voters who identify themselves as Republicans in Minnesota.
“Clearly voters are rejecting the overreaching policies of Democrats in Washington and St. Paul and are open to Tom Emmer’s message of returning prosperity to our state through limited government.
“Our party also has the added benefit of a united ticket while the Democrats spend the next three months attacking each other in a competitive primary election.”
